A wonderful addition to your Thanksgiving dinner or any dinner for that matter!
Seasoned Bread Cubes
1 loaf of T.G.I.G.F! Baked bread cut into cubes
1 t. Dried Thyme
1 t. Marjoram
1/2 t. Celery Salt
1/2 t. Pepper
1/4 t. Sage
1 t. Olive Oil
1 1/2-2 c. Broth
1/2 c. Celery, diced & cooked in broth
1/4 c. Onion, diced & cooked in broth
2 T. Butter, cut into small pieces
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl combine bread cubes with spices, drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. Place seasoned bread cubes in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally if needed. Transfer baked seasoned bread cubes to a 13" x 9" baking dish, stir in cooked celery and onion. Pour enough broth to moisten bread cubes. Dot top of stuffing with small pieces of butter. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 35-45 minutes.
