This recipe is great for making bread cubes for stuffing or bread crumbs for coating chicken or fish. You can also use spices of your choice such as: cayenne pepper, garlic, curry, Old Bay, etc.


1 loaf        Baked T.G.I.G.F! Bread

1 t.            Dried thyme

1 t.            Dried marjoram

1/2 t.         Celery Salt

1/2 t.         Pepper

1/4 t.         Sage

1 t.            Oil, olive, coconut(melted&cooled) or canola

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice bread into cubes and place in a large mixing bowl. In a small bowl combine thyme, marjoram, celery salt, pepper and sage, sprinkle over bread cubes and stir. Drizzle olive oil over seasoned cubes and stir to coat. Bake in a single layer on a cookie sheet in preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned, stirring occasionally if needed. If using as bread crumbs, place baked cubes in the bowl of a food processor and process until fine crumbs form.  Store unused bread cubes and crumbs in a freezer safe container until ready to use. Feel free to add any spices you desire to fit whatever recipe you are preparing.
