The name says it all! These cookies are the perfect combination of a brownie and a cookie with delicious dark chocolate chips. Absolute heaven!
6 T. Butter, softened
1/2 c. Sugar
1/4 c. Brown sugar
1 lg. Egg
1/2 t. Vanilla extract - I use Spice Islands
1 1/2 oz. Unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled
1 1/2 c. T.G.I.G.F! Mix
1 t. Baking soda
1/4 t. Salt
1/2 c. Dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl cream together, on medium speed, the butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg, vanilla and melted, cooled unsweetened chocolate blend well on medium speed. In a medium bowl combine T.G.I.G.F! Mix, baking soda, and salt, stir to combine. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and blend on medium until fully combined. Mix in dark chocolate chips on low. Using a small scoop, scoop out dough and place dough balls on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 7- 9 minutes, do not over bake.
