An easy and delicious recipe that gives new life to leftover cooked chicken or turkey. A gluten-free version of a recipe I grew up with. Another creamy and comforting dinner!
3 c. Cooked chicken or turkey, diced
1 c. Cooked diced celery and onions
2 12 oz Pacific Food Gluten-Free Cream
Soups - Mushroom, Chicken or Celery
1 1/2 c. Pacific Food low sodium chicken broth
2 1/2-3 c. T.G.I.G.F! Seasoned Bread Cubes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix together the soups and gently stir in the chicken or turkey. Brown diced celery and onion in a small skillet until tender, stir into soup and chicken or turkey. Pour into a 13" x 9" baking dish. Cover top of mixture with T.G.I.G.F! Seasoned Bread Cubes. Pour broth over entire casserole. Bake 30 minutes until bubbly.
