Place all wet ingredients in bottom of bread machine pan. Pour entire contents of T.G.I.G.F! Mix over wet ingredients, add yeast(remember to add the additional teaspoon of active dry yeast) and unsweetened cocoa. The chocolate chips are to be added when the machine beeps at the add ingredients cycle. Set bread machine for gluten-free cycle or homemade cycle programmed as such: Loaf size - 2 pd., Preheat 10 minutes, Knead 20 minutes, Rise 45 minutes(only one rise) and Bake 70 minutes. Be sure to check your bread machine's gluten-free cycle to make sure that the settings are compatible with our mix, if they are not there should be a homemade cycle on your machine that allows you to program your own settings. This bread tends to fall a bit once removed from the bread machine, but it tastes so good that appearance doesn't bother me a bit!
This recipe uses our T.G.I.G.F! Baking and Bread Mix along with a few additional ingredients to make a delicious specialty loaf of warm and gooey Chocolate bread in the bread machine. My favorite way to eat this is fresh out of the bread machine, it is so moist and decadent. I also love it lightly toasted topped with a smidge of natural peanut butter! I have not yet tried this recipe in the oven so I can not guarantee the results.
1 c.+ 2 T. Milk
3 lg. Eggs
3 T. Oil, light olive or canola
3 T. Honey
1 T. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Bag T.G.I.G.F! Mix
1-7 g. Yeast packet
1 t. Additional active dry yeast
1 T. Unsweetened Cocoa
3/4 c. Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
