directions

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line a 15" pizza pan with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl stir together T.G.I.G.F! mix, sugar, onion powder, black pepper, garlic powder, salt and active dry yeast. Pour 3/4 cup of warm water along with olive oil over dry ingredients and mix on medium high for 2 minutes. Dough will be thick. Using a rubber spatula spread the dough onto the parchment lined pizza pan. Place dough into preheated 200 degree oven and turn oven off. Allow dough to rise 30 minutes then remove from oven. While dough is rising brown steak slices in a large skillet, making sure to chop steak into small pieces. In a small skillet brown the peppers and onions in a little olive oil. Once meat is done, stir in the cream cheese until the meat is coated. Remove risen dough from oven and turn oven back on to 400 degrees. While oven is preheating, place a layer of provolone cheese on the bottom. The layer of provolone cheese prevents the crust from becoming soggy.  Top the provolone cheese with the cream cheese and meat mixture, shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, peppers and onions. Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges and bottom are light golden brown.
